Who we are

Vancouver Pallets Co. is a referral service. The website collects quote requests for buying, selling, repairing and recycling pallets in Vancouver, Richmond and the Lower Mainland and passes them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare the quotes and fulfil any orders.

What the quote form collects

When you send a quote request, we collect what you enter in the form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, postal code, the pallet grade and service you are interested in, the quantity, and any comments you add.

How your request is used and shared

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which records it and forwards it to partner suppliers that serve your area so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. We use your details only to handle your request. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

If you go ahead with a supplier, your order is between you and that supplier, and their own privacy practices apply to it.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and keep reasonable records of it, and are then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Send your request through the quote form or email info@vancouver-pallets.com.
